Whereas the above named Petitioner has filed the above O.P.(L.A) for granting Letters of Administration to the will annexed to the properties and credits of deceased George Jacob, son of late P.P. Jacob, Mattackal Nalankal, K.K. Road Collectorate P.O., Muttambalam Village, Kottayam Taluk, Kottayam District in which you are arrayed as counter petitioners 1 to 4 respectively,

And Whereas the above petition stands posted to 10.12.20 at 11 am for your appearance, and if you have any objection in allowing the petition, you are hereby directed to appear before the court at 11 am on that day either in person or through an advocate failing which the petition will be decided in your absence.
